Please note that an initial vet consultation is required to check your pet’s weight and ensure the correct products are prescribed for your pet.

Please now read through the VIP terms and conditions:

You have 7 days to change your mind. If you do change your mind please contact one of our clinics to cancel your pet health plan.
Your bank statement will show collection of payment by ‘Premier Vet Alliance’.
This is a 12 month payment plan. On month 13, the plan will automatically renew for another year unless you notify us that you wish to cancel.
If the direct debit is cancelled by yourself, or payments are not able to be collected, products and services included in the plan during the year will be charged back to full cost and payments made by you to date deducted. Any outstanding costs will be invoiced to you directly, to be paid in full.
It is your responsibility to order and collect flea/worm products every 3 months. We cannot issue items in bulk.
Your pet must be seen for an annual vet examination in order for flea/worm treatment to be dispensed.
The 10% discount on vet consultations, only applies to consultations during normal working hours. Any emergency consultations are excluded from this discount.
Routine nurse consultations include weight clinics, nail clipping and emptying of anal glands. For any non-routine nurse consultations, such a monthly injection of medication, a fee will be applied.
